• Establish partnerships with referral agencies and employers or colleges
Key details:
• Salary: £25,000 – £40,000 per year
• Work pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (36.25 hours per week)
• Location: West Midlands (with regular travel across Birmingham)
