Job Description

Care Assistants provide overnight support, help residents gain independence, and assist with daily enrichment and wellbeing activities.

Responsibilities

• Support residents during night shifts

• Provide person-centred care and assistance

• Enable independence and daily activity engagement

• Accompany residents in local community activities

• Ensure safety and wellbeing of residents throughout the night

• Maintain accurate care records as required

• Work collaboratively with team members

Requirements

• Caring, patient, and compassionate nature

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliability and commitment to delivering high-quality care

• Flexibility to work full-time, part-time, or flexible shifts

• No prior healthcare experience required (full training provided)

• Willingness to engage with residents in social and recreational activities
