Care Assistants provide essential personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and support for clients, ensuring safety, dignity, and comfort daily.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care including hygiene, bathing, and grooming

• Provide emotional support and companionship, building trust with clients

• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping

• Support with medication reminders and daily routines

• Ensure client safety, comfort, and wellbeing

• Travel between clients’ homes, maintaining punctuality and professionalism

• Work flexible shifts including 7am–3pm, 3pm–10pm, alternate weekends, and bank holidays

Requirements

• Positive, compassionate, and caring personality

• Excellent communication skills and professional attitude

• Flexible and reliable, able to work alternate weekends

• Own vehicle and valid driving licence essential

• No prior care experience required; full training provided
