Job Overview
As a Care Assistant, you will visit clients in Coventry, Willenhall, Binley, Cheylesmore and nearby areas, using your car to provide personal care, medication support, meal preparation, domestic tasks and companionship. You will work flexible shifts, usually with every other weekend off, supported by digital tools, paid training and guaranteed hours options.
Requirements
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for work
• Good general availability across mornings, days, evenings and some nights
• Live within the Coventry service area and willing to travel between visits
• Right to work in the UK; able to pass an enhanced DBS check
• For some 24-hour guaranteed contracts, willingness to travel widely across the patch
Qualifications
• No professional care experience required; full training provided
• Warm, kind, people-focused attitude with genuine desire to help others
• Reliable, flexible and comfortable working independently in the community
• Strong communication skills and good spoken English
• Able to provide safe personal care, follow care plans and manage basic documentation
