Job Overview:
As a Cafe Assistant, you will prepare and serve food and beverages, operate POS systems, handle cash transactions, maintain cleanliness, and support the team during busy periods. This role ensures smooth operations and excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in food service, café, or retail environments

  • Barista experience required

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

  • Familiarity with POS systems (Square, Nory)

  • Strong multitasking and time management skills

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic calculations

  • Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
