Starting in August 2026, this programme is ideal for both recent graduates and career changers who want to bypass the traditional university-only route. From day one, you will be immersed in a school environment, gaining hands-on experience while working toward both Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE). The Training Model

Immersive Learning: Spend four days a week in school and one day at the University of Roehampton or a specialist hub school.
Dual Placements: Gain a well-rounded perspective through two contrasting school placements within our partner network.
Subject Specialism: Receive 14.5 days of intensive, subject-specific training tailored to the Business Studies and Economics curricula.

Requirements & Qualifications

Academic Background: A first- or second-class bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Economics, or a closely related relevant subject.
Core Skills: A genuine love for your subject and a strong desire to mentor and work with young people.
Safeguarding: Commitment to the welfare of children; an Enhanced DBS Disclosure will be required.
