This is an opportunity to join one of the world’s most prominent medical technology firms as a Business Development Specialist within our Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) division. You will take the lead in expanding our footprint across non-acute care segments, with a particular focus on the Kit Packing sector. In this national role, you’ll be responsible for deploying segment-specific strategies and building deep, sustainable relationships with key B2B decision-makers. As a “maker of possible,” you will work within a collaborative UKI team to turn transformative MedTech solutions into reality, helping to shape the future of health while managing a diverse portfolio that spans Pharmaceutical, Clinical Trials, and Animal Health.
About You
• Bachelors degree level qualification or equivalent ideally in the medical sector.
• Proven experience in Medical Device sales, ideally in a business to business activity, selling value added products in a competitive environment requiring significant follow-up in service, supply and quality
• Experience within Customer facing/sales within medical devices and a proven record in new business development.
• Skilled in forecasting and budgeting, demonstrating a strong commercial approach and financial competence to drive strategic decision-making.
• Based on a strong capacity for analysis and synthesis, this person ensures relevant inputs from relevant sources within the business
• Excellent negotiation skills, decisive but open also to suggestion and dialogue, this person evolves effectively in a complex and multicultural environment and within a highly matrixed organisation
