What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Success: Experience in field sales or high-performing telesales.

  • Technical Aptitude: Strong presentation skills (SaaS or solution selling experience is a plus).

  • Mobility: A full UK driving license (maximum 6 points).


As a Business Development Manager, you are the face of Yell within your region. Your day is a mix of high-energy prospecting and professional consulting. You will identify new business opportunities, meet with clients face-to-face and virtually, and design bespoke digital marketing packages—ranging from website builds with Wix to managed PPC campaigns. You will own the client relationship for the first 12 months, ensuring their ROI is high and their business is growing. Supported by a £35,875 base salary and a substantial car allowance, you have the potential for massive uncapped earnings as you help the UK’s local business economy flourish.
