Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the banking sector to support strategic transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be skilled in requirements gathering, proc
ess mapping, and developing target operating models to align business processes with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
Analyse current processes and design future-state operating models.
Support organisation design and process improvement initiatives.
Facilitate workshops and ensure effective stakeholder management across business and technology teams.
Create process maps, user stories, and requirement traceability documents.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and SMEs to ensure solution alignment with business objectives.
Skills & Experience:
Proven BA experience in banking or financial services.
Strong understanding of business process modelling, TOM design, and change management.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £250.00 per day
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Leeds LS9 8TX
