As a Building Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our clients’ properties. • *This role is for a nationwide engineer – company van and expenses provided including overtime and pension**

Responsibilities:
– Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, repairing, and maintaining building systems including carpentry, plumbing, and basic electrical.
– Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
– Interpret schematics and technical manuals to effectively address equipment malfunctions.
– Demonstrate leadership skills when supervising maintenance projects and coordinating with contractors.
– Provide exceptional customer service by responding to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
– Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.

Skills:
– Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with team members and clients.
– Strong mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair building systems efficiently.

– Carpentry and Plumbing skills are essential
– Knowledge of basic electrical systems and components for maintenance purposes.
– Experience in customer service to interact positively with clients and address their needs promptly.

Pay: £34,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
