Expert Analysis

In 2026, the Upstream Energy market is navigating complex transitions between traditional fossil fuels and renewable integration. A Broking Director at WTW must be more than a negotiator; they must be a “Risk Strategist” who can utilize advanced analytics to justify pricing in a volatile global market while maintaining the trust of C-suite energy executives.

The role is based in London, the global epicenter for energy insurance. Logistics involve frequent visits to the “Room” at Lloyd’s and various insurer offices in the EC3 district. The hybrid model offers flexibility, but the “market-facing” nature of this senior position necessitates a consistent presence in the City of London for high-stakes negotiations. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/City_of_London
