Financial & Professional Risks Associate (PI Specialist)

The Position Jensten Group is currently seeking an ambitious Professional Indemnity Specialist to integrate into our Financial & Professional Risk (FINPRO) department. This role services both Retail and Wholesale sectors, focusing on the preservation of our current account base and the proactive discovery of expansion possibilities. You will manage an inherited portfolio consisting of established, long-term Professional Indemnity policyholders.

Core Deliverables & Accountabilities:

  • Stewardship of a diverse portfolio encompassing both Wholesale and Retail accounts.

  • Transformation of incoming leads into active policies to achieve designated monthly growth objectives.

  • Proactive lead generation utilizing personal initiative and internal organizational tools.

  • Management of the full renewal cycle and mid-term revisions by evaluating risk profiles and loss history to negotiate insurer terms.

  • Presentation of renewal terms to policyholders with a focus on maximizing retention and meeting growth timelines.

  • Efficient processing of policy alterations during the term of the insurance.

  • Cultivation of robust client partnerships through meticulous needs analysis and solution engineering.

  • Rapid response to stakeholder inquiries, ensuring every interaction with clients or underwriters is documented with precision.

  • Participation in on-site client consultations alongside the Senior Account Executive.

Qualifications & Attributes:

  • Professional accreditation (Cert CII) or active pursuit thereof (preferred).
