Strategic Broker Relations and Support Specialist

The Role The Broker Development & Support Executive (BDSE) is a high-impact position designed to catalyze ERS’ business development efforts. You will provide critical operational support to Regional Development Managers (RDMs) and Strategic Account Managers (SAMs) while independently managing a dedicated panel of identified brokers to drive profitable growth. This role is primarily remote, utilizing digital tools to engage stakeholders across the UK.
Core Accountabilities

Facilitate the resolution of inbound broker inquiries by coordinating with internal departments and tracking progress to completion.

Spearhead outbound communication campaigns for corporate events to maximize participation and execute post-event lead generation activities.

Enhance high-level broker consultations through the preparation of comprehensive data reports and the management of action logs.

Direct and stimulate Gross Written Premium (GWP) expansion within a designated portfolio of growth-potential brokers.

Accelerate the adoption of electronic trading platforms and support digital transformation initiatives across all broker panels.

Provide technical product education and platform training to targeted broker partners.

Maintain transparent reporting lines with RDMs and SAMs regarding task status and project milestones.

Act as a central communication hub, disseminating vital broker updates to internal business stakeholders.
