The Role Based in our London headquarters, the Intermediary will be responsible for the end-to-end management and negotiation of new and renewal accounts. You will act as a vital link between US clients and the London insurance market, focusing on data-driven performance analysis and the cultivation of strategic business alliances. Daily Accountabilities

Cultivate and sustain influential partnerships with global clients and insurance markets.

Direct the complete placement lifecycle for assigned contracts, specifically:

Formulating comprehensive renewal presentations.

Tracking US contract timelines to guarantee punctual issuance.

Generating data-driven performance metrics and statistical reports.

Finalizing mandatory brokerage documentation, including TCF forms and business plans.

Managing and reconciling temporary table transactions.

Coordinate with internal Claims and Underwriting units to resolve technical inquiries.

Oversee both renewal and new “open market” risk profiles.

Detect and pursue emerging business avenues to fuel organizational growth.

Collaborate with the Data Analytics division to refine and enhance reporting tools.

Ensure the integrity and precision of departmental data sets.

Provide strategic support to the Chief Broking Officer and Head of Broking.

Actively participate in team-wide knowledge sharing and skill development.

Represent the firm during US-based client visits and industry travel as required.
