Rudy’s Pizza Napoletana is looking for a Senior or Sous level Pizzaiolo to lead the line at our Brindley Place location in Birmingham. Since our 2015 start in Manchester, our obsession has remained the same: following the strict traditions of Naples to create “magic” from simple, high-quality ingredients. Experience in, and a genuine passion for Neapolitan pizza (and pizza in general!)
Confidence working with pizza ovens
Dough lovers unite — you’re confident in all things dough
Neapolitan experience preferred, or a strong desire to learn this beautiful niche

As a Senior/Sous Pizza Chef, you will be the technical heart of the kitchen, mastering the art of the 60-second bake. Your role involves overseeing the daily production of our signature fresh dough and ensuring that the finest Italian ingredients are handled with the respect they deserve. Beyond the oven, you will provide leadership to the kitchen team, managing high-volume service in one of Birmingham’s most vibrant areas while maintaining the authentic “Rudy’s way” standards. You will have the opportunity to refine your craft through our specialist in-house training, all while earning a competitive hourly rate bolstered by tips, tronc, and a guest experience bonus.
