Bebek Turkish Restaurant is a well-known dining destination offering authentic Turkish cuisine in a warm and inviting atmosphere. We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Bread and Oven Chef to join our kitchen team immediately.
Job Description:
The Bread and Oven Chef will be responsible for preparing traditional Turkish breads and pastries, managing the oven station, and ensuring high-quality standards in taste, texture, and presentation.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and bake various types of Turkish breads (pide, lahmacun, simit, etc.).
• Manage oven temperature and timing for consistent baking results.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain inventory of ingredients and report any shortages.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Bread/Oven Chef in a Turkish or Mediterranean restaurant.
• Must have UAE experience.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish bread-making techniques.
• Ability to join immediately.
• Team player with attention to detail and a passion for authentic cuisine.
