Manage local marketing for 37 branches, including social media, branch engagement, website content, events, supplier campaigns, and corporate sponsorships.

Role Overview

  • Boost and maintain local marketing presence across all branches.

  • Collaborate with branch teams, suppliers, and Head Office.

  • Hybrid field-based role with travel to branches and events.

Key Responsibilities

Branch Engagement

  • Conduct daily branch interactions via visits, phone, or WhatsApp.

  • Gather feedback to inform marketing campaigns.

  • Build rapport with branch teams.

Social Media Management

  • Create and publish at least two weekly posts per branch.

  • Capture photos and videos during visits for authentic content.

  • Track engagement metrics via Meta Business Suite and Hootsuite.

Website & Digital Content

  • Update branch pages and digital listings on CMS platforms.

  • Implement QR code promotions for engagement tracking.

Local Promotions & Events

  • Plan and execute in-branch trade days, open houses, and community events.

  • Manage logistics, including signage, banners, catering, and surveys.

Supplier Campaigns

  • Collaborate with suppliers to localise campaigns.

  • Ensure POS materials and promotional collateral are distributed.

Corporate Hospitality & Sponsorship

  • Assist with corporate events, sponsorships, and golf days.

  • Promote events via social media channels.

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Attend strategy meetings with Head of Marketing and branch leadership.

  • Submit monthly reports on engagement, achievements, and improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3–7 years’ experience in field or regional marketing (construction/B2B trade preferred).

  • Content creation: photography, captions, basic video editing.

  • Social media proficiency: Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva.

  • CMS experience for website editing.

  • Knowledge of AI content tools advantageous.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.

  • Full UK driving licence required; personal car with travel reimbursed.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time: 37.5 hours/week

  • Travel: 2–3 days/week to branches; occasional travel to Head Office and Doncaster Hub

  • Hybrid remote arrangement
