Job Description
We are looking for a confident and commercially minded Brand Liaison / Brand Partnership Executive to join our team in Birmingham. This role is the bridge between our business and the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) brands we represent. You will be the face of the company to our partners, responsible for owning the lifecycle of brand relationships—from the initial onboarding process to long-term commercial growth and campaign execution.
What You’ll Be Doing

Strategic Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for FMCG brands, managing onboarding, ongoing communication, and partnership renewals.

Operational Execution: Oversee brand listings, manage pricing updates, coordinate product launches, and ensure promotions are executed on schedule.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that brand strategies are translated into effective market activity.

Performance Analysis: Monitor brand KPIs and sales data to identify opportunities for growth, range expansion, or improved positioning.

Brand Integrity: Ensure that brand messaging and compliance standards are maintained consistently across all sales channels.

Commercial Support: Assist in commercial negotiations and contribute to the development of joint business plans (JBPs).
