The Role: Measure, Advise, Fit

  • Consultation: Visit customers in their homes to provide advice on window solutions (blinds, curtains, shutters).

  • Measurement: Take precise measurements for custom-manufactured products.

  • Installation: Return once the products are manufactured to install them, ensuring a professional finish.

  • Customer Service: Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and high conversion rates (currently over 70%).


Candidate Requirements

  • Licence: Must hold a valid UK driving licence.

  • Soft Skills: Approachable personality, strong communication skills, and a commitment to great service.

  • Experience: No previous experience in window furnishings is required; the role is open to career changers.

  • Commitment: Must be willing to manage a self-employed business model.
