The Role: Measure, Advise, Fit

Consultation: Visit customers in their homes to provide advice on window solutions (blinds, curtains, shutters).

Measurement: Take precise measurements for custom-manufactured products.

Installation: Return once the products are manufactured to install them, ensuring a professional finish.

Customer Service: Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and high conversion rates (currently over 70%).
Candidate Requirements

Licence: Must hold a valid UK driving licence.

Soft Skills: Approachable personality, strong communication skills, and a commitment to great service.

Experience: No previous experience in window furnishings is required; the role is open to career changers.
