Key Responsibilities

Utilise Concur and AI features for managing business expenses efficiently
-
Coordinate complex calendars and multi-timezone schedules for senior staff
-
Plan and book travel arrangements including flights, cars, hotels, and visas
-
Set up meetings and events with catering, passes, and room bookings
-
Handle telephone and email correspondence on behalf of senior team members
-
Process invoices and purchase orders according to divisional policy
-
Maintain confidentiality and use discretion with sensitive information
