What you will be doing

Choose your assignments – align your missions with your personal preferences and profile.
Visit luxury stores or evaluate online – engage with sales associates in the stores or online from the comfort of your home.
Observe carefully – check the ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience.
Provide honest feedback – use our platform to share your observations through questionnaires.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Current customer of premium and luxury brands.
Not currently under contract with any retail brands, to ensure impartiality.
Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Observant and passionate about customer experience.
No prior experience is required; we value honest feedback from genuine customers.

About the Role

In this position, you will act as a discreet luxury brand evaluator, assessing the end-to-end customer journey both in-store and online. Whether you are reviewing the boutique ambiance of a couture house or the digital return process of a jewelry brand, your detailed feedback will directly influence brand strategy. Missions are highly flexible—typically taking just 20 minutes per visit—allowing you to complete multiple assignments around your own schedule. You will be compensated for your time and insights, with many missions offering reimbursements for luxury purchases, all managed through our intuitive mobile platform, CXG Live.
