Job Overview
As a Beauty Therapist you will provide a full range of brow, lash, nail, waxing and tanning services, plus piercing, while delivering outstanding customer care. Working 16 hours per week on a varied rota including weekends, you will use your NVQ Level 2 skills and in house training to make every client feel amazing.

Responsibilities
• Provide professional beauty services including threading, tinting, facial and brow waxing, lash lifts and cluster lash extensions.
• Deliver nail treatments such as manicures, pedicures, gels and acrylics to brand standards.
• Carry out body waxing and spray tanning safely and hygienically.
• Offer piercing services and earn commission while following strict safety procedures.
• Consult with clients, recommend suitable treatments and upsell products and services.
• Maintain immaculate treatment areas, tools and equipment to hygiene standards.
• Stay informed on new trends, techniques and brand updates.
• Contribute to a positive, fun store atmosphere and support colleagues when needed.

Requirements
• Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification.
• Genuine passion for beauty and keeping up with the latest trends.
• Confident engaging with clients and recommending treatments, products and add ons.
• Strong focus on exceeding customer expectations through exceptional service.
• Professional, well presented, punctual and reliable.
• Able to work 16 hours per week on a varied schedule including weekends.
