About the Role

As a Guerlain Beauty Consultant, you are more than a salesperson; you are an ambassador of our unique heritage. Your mission is to provide an “irreproachable” customer experience through the art of storytelling and personalized consultation. You will be responsible for building sincere bonds with a diverse clientele, using Guerlain’s unique selling methods to meet individual and collective targets. From the delicate notes of our perfumes to the science of our skincare, you will embody the “Guerlain Promise” in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Exemplary Customer Service: Provide a warm, luxury welcome and conduct bespoke makeup, skincare, and perfume consultations.

• Clienteling: Actively build a loyal local and international client base using phoning, personalized invitations, and store animations.

• Sales Excellence: Apply the Guerlain selling method to achieve KPIs and contribute to the counter’s overall commercial success.

• Retail Excellence: Maintain the harmony of the counter through meticulous merchandising, stock management, and strict adherence to luxury grooming standards.

• Team Synergy: Foster a positive team spirit by participating in briefings and supporting counter management procedures.
