As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, specialising in cosmetics, your main responsibility is delivering exceptional customer service while demonstrating expertise in makeup, skincare, and fragrance. You will ensure smooth operational processes, including cash handling and stock management. • Sales and Goals: Engage with customers proactively to drive sales and achieve store targets. Suggest additional products, upsell complementary items, and promote Sephora’s loyalty program. Participate in promotions and events to maximise sales opportunities.
• Cash Operations: Process transactions accurately, adhering to Sephora’s cash handling policies and audit procedures. Perform daily cash-in and cash-out tasks, maintain tidy workspaces, and ensure sufficient packaging and gift wrap supplies.
• Stock Management: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming merchandise. Label and tag products efficiently, organise stockrooms and shelves, perform stock counts, and assist with inventory audits. Track stock levels and highlight items for reorder.
• Stock Replenishment: Coordinate with management to prioritise stock tasks. Ensure sales floors are promptly restocked, maintain appealing displays, and rotate products as needed. Support merchandising plans and promotional displays.
• Visual Merchandising: Keep makeup, skincare, and fragrance areas organised and visually attractive. Ensure products are well-stocked and monitor expiry dates, removing damaged items. Participate in display and promotional activities.
• Brand Representation: Uphold Sephora’s brand values and maintain a professional appearance. Ensure counters and displays meet visual merchandising standards. Act as a brand ambassador by promoting Sephora’s values and offerings.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and management to foster a positive and inclusive environment. Share knowledge and best practices, participate in meetings, trainings, and workshops to improve overall service and sales performance.
