Key Responsibilities
• Deliver consistent, welcoming, and engaging customer service, turning every visitor into a regular
• Operate world-class coffee equipment (Eversys Cameos and Shot Masters) to prepare high-quality beverages
• Complete all training to ensure correct handling of food and beverages, maintaining freshness and quality
• Implement systems to reduce food and beverage waste, adjusting par levels according to business peaks and lows
• Follow Health and Safety Regulations and Food Safety Standards at all times
• Maintain full knowledge of product, service, and brand training materials
• Support initiatives from Operations and Marketing teams to increase foot traffic, attract new customers, boost daily sales, and develop a loyal community customer base
Requirements
• Experience in customer service or hospitality
• Availability to meet café scheduling needs
• Part-Time: 24 hours/week; 3 days of availability including 2 peak days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Full-Time: 35 hours/week; 4–5 days of availability including 2 peak days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred
• Must be authorised to work in the UK
