Your initial training will take place at Rootes Building, University of Warwick.

Job Overview
As a Pret Barista in our new Coventry Station shop, you will master our coffee recipes, operate world-class equipment and serve guests quickly and warmly through busy commuter rushes. You will balance speed and consistency, support the wider shop team and help build a loyal local following.
Requirements
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
• Comfortable with early starts from 5am and flexible shifts across the week
• Friendly, confident communicator with a genuine love of service
• Able to follow Pret standards and procedures consistently
• Right to work in the United Kingdom

• Pay from 12.61 to 14.16 pounds per hour including weekly mystery shopper bonus

Qualifications
• Previous barista or hospitality experience helpful but not essential
• Passion for coffee and crafting great hot and cold drinks
• Willingness to complete Pret’s barista and brand training
• Ability to work well in a close-knit, supportive team
