You will lead the deployment of sophisticated Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms, helping global banking and capital markets clients navigate operational resilience, data privacy, and the transformative potential of Generative AI. Whether you are leading a multi-disciplinary team through a large-scale system implementation or advising C-suite stakeholders on risk technology strategy, you will be at the heart of the most pressing transformation programmes in the industry.

Your Impact and Responsibilities

• Technology Implementation: Manage the end-to-end delivery of GRC platforms (such as ServiceNow, Workiva, or OpenPages), ensuring technical solutions align with business risk appetites.

• Strategic Architecture: Collaborate with risk, control, and tech stakeholders to translate high-level business needs into robust, scalable solution architectures.

• Expert Advisory: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Internal Audit reviews and non-financial risk projects, particularly regarding cloud security and operational resilience.

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor diverse teams, fostering a culture of agility and high performance while overseeing workstream delivery.

• Innovation: Leverage AI and data-driven tools to enhance client propositions, moving between “big picture” strategy and the granular detail of IT controls.

Your Qualifications

• Core Expertise: Significant experience in financial services risk and control technology, with deep knowledge of GRC vendor platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, OpenPages, Workiva).

• Technical Vision: A passion for designing solution architectures and a broad understanding of non-financial risk requirements.

• Leadership: A proven track record of managing teams and leading complex change or consulting engagements.

• Communication: Masterful stakeholder management skills with the ability to articulate complex technical conclusions to senior executives.

• Preferred Skills: Technical knowledge of SOx-compliant IT controls, cloud technologies, operational resilience, or the application of Generative AI in risk management.
