About the Role

In this field-based position, you will utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic tools to deliver life-changing hearing solutions across an established patient base. Your day-to-day will involve conducting comprehensive hearing assessments, dispensing advanced remedial technology, and managing the full patient journey—from initial consultation to professional aftercare. Supported by a robust head office team, you will have the autonomy to drive commercial results while maintaining the highest clinical standards and compliance protocols in line with HCPC and BSHAA codes of practice.

Skills & Experience Required

• Qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser or Audiologist (including Pre-Registered candidates).

• Current HCPC registration.

• Full UK driving licence.

• Member of BSHAA or willing to join.

• Strong IT skills, including use of audiometric equipment and clinical systems.

• Excellent time management and organisational skills.

• A professional, patient-focused approach with commercial awareness.
