Associate Architect – Hotel Developer
Central London | Full-time | £65,000 – £75,000
HAUS Careers is representing an ambitious, design-led hotel developer based in Central London. This is a senior “client-side” role where you will transition from traditional practice to an in-house environment. You will lead the design and coordination of multiple high-quality hospitality projects across the UK and Europe, balancing creative vision with commercial pragmatism.
In this role, you aren’t just an architect; you are a strategic partner to the acquisitions, construction, and operations teams, ensuring that the brand’s architectural identity is maintained from site selection through to the final guest check-in.
Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership: Spearhead architectural and technical development across all RIBA stages (0–7).

Consultant Management: Lead external multidisciplinary teams and specialist consultants to ensure design intent and cost-efficiency.
