THE GIG – Assistant Store Manager – Belfast

• Manage daily retail activities according to corporate standards (including staff mentoring, sales metrics, aesthetic presentation, and clerical tasks).

• Take full charge of the premises and personnel when the Store Manager is unavailable.

• Oversee all security protocols and occupational health and safety matters on-site.

• Reach established performance targets (such as Sales, Conversion, and Units Per Transaction) relative to the store’s financial plan.

• Spearhead and maintain premium service levels and product expertise through a mentorship-led strategy to provide a fluid customer journey.

• Guarantee that all inventory control methods are executed, covering audits, shipment processing, and theft prevention measures.

• Partner with the Store Manager, Regional leadership, and Corporate teams to make strategic business choices that align with company goals.
