About the Role

As an Assistant Project Worker, you will be at the frontline of our innovative support model, working directly with young people and families who need it most across Glasgow and West Scotland. You will demonstrate leadership and ownership in your delivery, utilizing Includem’s specialized tools and processes to manage and promote positive outcomes. This is a highly flexible role that requires a “whatever it takes” attitude to ensure support is delivered when and where it is needed, helping young people navigate the justice system and build brighter futures.

Requirements and Skills

  • Driver’s License: Must have a full UK driver’s license and access to a vehicle for travel across various localities.

  • Development: Commitment to achieving relevant professional qualifications (fully funded by Includem).
