Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Assistant Sales Manager – Corporate to join our Sales & Marketing team. The role focuses on driving corporate sales, building long-term client relationships, and achieving revenue targets, ensuring the hotel remains a preferred choice in the corporate segment.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert them into revenue streams.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and hotel site inspections.
• Support the Sales Manager in preparing strategies, proposals, and sales action plans.
• Collaborate with the operations and reservations teams for seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate records, sales reports, and client databases.
• Represent the hotel at corporate events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• 2–4 years’ hospitality sales experience (UAE market preferred).
• Strong understanding of the Dubai corporate travel and business market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hotel CRM/sales systems.
• Energetic, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
