Support Hospitality Catering Kitchen as Assistant Chef, producing fresh, nutritious food, ensuring excellent service across coffee shops, school shop, events.

Location: Repton Senior

Reporting to: Hospitality Chef

Hours: 40 Hours per week (5 out of 7) plus 288 Enterprise

Contract: Permanent, Term time only (34 week)

Salary:£14.42 per hour.

Repton is looking for an Assistant Chef (Chef de Partie), to work as part of the catering team within Hospitality Catering Kitchen in the provision of a first-class catering service. Delivering high quality, fresh, nutritious, imaginative food that meets the needs of the pupils, visitors and staff within the parameters of set budget.

Whilst primarily based in Hospitality flexibility will be required to support the catering operation including (but not limited to) boarding houses & outdoor events

About Repton School:

Repton is the ancient capital of Mercia, and the School, founded in 1557 from a bequest from Sir John Port of Etwall, was established on the site of a 7th century Anglo-Saxon Benedictine abbey and latterly a 12th century Augustinian priory and the School today incorporates many of the original buildings from the estate.
