Basic requirements for candidates

• Relevant Technical Qualification – Degree/HNC/HND

• Minimum 3 years post qualification experience

• Previous experience within the Residential & Education sectors – desirable

• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills

• Up to date knowledge of current UK legislation

• Hand-Drawing/Sketching skills – advantageous

• Full UK Driving licence

About the Role

As an Architectural Technologist within this acclaimed practice, you will take a central role in transforming creative concepts into technical reality. Working alongside Associate Directors and Project Architects, you will be responsible for leading medium-sized projects from RIBA Stage 3 through to completion, with a specific focus on the technical delivery in Stage 4. You will serve as a vital link between the design team, clients, and consultants, utilizing your proficiency in Revit and UK legislation to produce high-level technical documentation.
