Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our growing team in Sharjah (Site Office).
The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings and layouts, ensuring compliance with project standards and consultant expectations.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and develop architectural drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and details using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with Technical Managers and Engineers to ensure drawing accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain and update drawing registers, file organization, and revision tracking.
• Coordinate architectural layouts with MEP, structural, and interior teams.

Working Conditions
• Based at Sharjah Site Office.
• Reports directly to the Senior Architect / Technical Manager.
• Immediate availability is mandatory.

Qualifications & Skills
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional architectural or contracting firm.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of building materials, detailing, and construction methods.
• Ability to read and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Self-motivated, professional, and committed to the success of project teams.
