POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated Architectural Designer with a background in designing luxury homes. The ideal candidate is ambitious and driven to become a licensed builder or not, option is there if you like. We guarantee 100% support in obtaining your builder’s license, including mentorship, resources, and practical experience. Experience in childcare, education, healthcare, or other compliance-heavy projects would be nice for this position, if you have it make it known.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the design and planning of residential construction projects.

Work on-site as head foreman on multiple projects in collaboration with construction managers or NOT if you don’t want that for you.

Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.

Conduct site visits to ensure designs are implemented correctly.

Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field

Strong understanding of compliance-driven design

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in architectural design

Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and regulations.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or Revit, and SketchUp or Lumion.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
