Core Accountabilities

In this senior capacity, you will utilize your creative vision to craft bespoke professional spaces, offering technical leadership for the realization and delivery of projects across every phase of development.

  • Oversee the concurrent management of several projects, collaborating with the broader team to execute significant international assignments. These may encompass both architectural and interior design scopes.

  • Direct the entire project lifespan, including cost estimation, competitive bidding, project launches, recurring coordination, snagging documentation, handover, and final archiving.

  • Facilitate dialogue between the internal design group, clients, suppliers, construction teams, external advisors, and local planning or building authorities.

  • Deliver technical mentorship and creative fixes for intricate architectural and design obstacles.

  • Oversee the upkeep of project manuals and detailed technical specifications.

  • Perform and record onsite inspections, manage material submittals, review substitution inquiries, and respond to RFIs throughout the construction duration.

  • Maintain a solution-oriented mindset, partnering with the extended consulting group to pioneer inventive technical design outcomes.

Candidate Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the field of Architecture.

  • At least 10 years of professional experience following your qualifications.

  • ARB registration in the UK is a plus, though not strictly required.

  • Proven history in project heading, exceptional client management, and leadership of design teams.

  • Thorough grasp of UK building codes, statutory regulations, standards, and structural principles.

  • Skill in building synergetic partnerships within the organization, with clientele, and other vital stakeholders.

  • Mastery of Revit, Rhino, and Grasshopper is mandatory.

  • Comprehensive background in every stage of the project lifecycle.

  • Deep understanding of building assembly and the ability to produce technical documentation that clearly defines the scope of work.
