An expanding, aesthetic-focused architectural firm is looking for an Architect to become part of their squad during a significant phase of development. This position provides direct participation in healthcare-centered refurbishment and commercial assignments within a team-oriented and encouraging office atmosphere.

The Practice

This studio has transitioned from a design-construct heritage into a more architecture-centric firm and persists in broadening its footprint throughout the UK. Medical and restoration assignments constitute a primary portion of the firm’s workflow, providing technically stimulating and socially significant work.

The Role

A proactive role with involvement throughout various assignments and RIBA phases, collaborating intimately with the squad to assist in design, permitting, and technical execution.

Key duties involve:

Operating on medical, refurbishment, housing, and civic-sector assignments.
Participating across RIBA phases, contingent on proficiency.
Assisting in aesthetic design, planning applications, and technical documentation.
Liaising with external consultants and joining site sessions when necessary.

Experience & Skills

Architect with ARB registration.
Robust enthusiasm for or background in medical and refurbishment assignments.
Background operating on projects based in the UK.
Mastery of Vectorworks.
Recently attained Part III status or possess steady post-Part III background.
