Primary Accountabilities:

Lead and manage residential projects from early design through to delivery.

Act as a primary “job runner,” overseeing project progress, deadlines, and team coordination.

Develop high-quality design concepts and translate them into sophisticated graphic presentations.

Utilize MicroStation for technical drafting and project documentation.

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure projects meet functional and community-driven goals.

Maintain rigorous standards of sustainability and innovative design throughout the project lifecycle.
Candidate Requirements:

Approximately 5 years of post-qualification professional experience.

Documented experience working on residential projects within the UK.

Proven history of job running, with a preference for large-scale housing schemes (ranging from 200 to 900 homes).

Exceptional design sensibilities and advanced graphic communication skills.
