In the role of Architect, you will oversee medium-scale developments or specific segments of major architectural assignments. Previous involvement in commercial transit or transit-aligned projects is beneficial but not mandatory throughout the full spectrum of design and evolution.
What We Are Looking For:

Over 3 years of experience following Part 2 qualification; including time spent in the UK with a focus on planning submissions for medium to large-scale projects.

Functional mastery of Revit.

Competency in standard digital applications utilized within the architectural profession.

Drafting talent, robust verbal and written communication, and a solid grasp of UK building codes.

Key Responsibilities
Design Expertise

Formulate and execute superior design concepts and technical blueprints.

Partner with diverse project stakeholders such as technical engineers, aviation managers, external firms, and internal Benoy units, inspiring others with original thought.

Oversee Project Delivery while ensuring all work meets necessary construction standards and codes.

Exhibit a thorough understanding of the design cycle and project requirements, assisting in the creation of deliverables and development tasks.

Produce top-tier results with minimal supervision, showing advanced technical or aesthetic mastery.

Supervise outside contributors based on project guidelines.
Team Membership

Function as a collaborative peer, inviting critiques and maintaining a constructive outlook toward tasks and group goals.

Back firm-wide programs and actively hunt for performance feedback.

Assume ownership of managing both internal and external professional ties.
