For this opening, you should demonstrate the following expertise and background:

  • A minimum of three years of experience following professional qualification.

  • Robust aesthetic and design capabilities.

  • Superior interpersonal skills, including verbal, written, and visual delivery.

  • Knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM) workflows.

  • Competency in functioning solo or within a group throughout all project phases.

  • Mastery of 3D CAD; proficiency in Revit or ArchiCAD is considered a plus.
