Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality analog and mixed-signal layouts using Cadence tools.

• Apply best practices and industry-standard layout flows.

• Collaborate with project teams to meet design requirements.

• Present previous project experience clearly to stakeholders.

• Support multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Person Specification

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Analog layout or Analog CMOS design.

• Strong proficiency with Cadence design tools.

• Demonstrable experience across multiple analog layout projects.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Solid understanding of industry-standard analog layout workflows.

Working Pattern & Contract

• Full-time, hybrid working arrangement (1 day per week in Swindon).

• Hours: 37–40 hours per week.

• Contract length: 6 months, potentially extending to 9 months.

• IR35: Outside IR35.

• Rate: To be discussed.
