IC Resources is seeking a talented Analog IC Design Engineer to join their Swindon design team. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced IC designers on full-spectrum ASIC projects—from concept and specification, through modelling in Verilog, to tapeout. Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years of analog IC design experience and a passion for developing innovative circuit blocks such as amplifiers, comparators, or data converters. Key Responsibilities

• Design analog IC circuits including amplifiers, comparators, and data converters.

• Work across the full ASIC design lifecycle from concept definition to tapeout.

• Model circuits in Verilog and support verification activities.

• Collaborate with senior engineers to develop and refine designs.

• Contribute to innovation, mentoring, and team knowledge sharing.

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of design processes and specifications.

Candidate Profile

• BSc, MSc, or PhD in Electronic Engineering or similar field.

• 2–5 years hands-on experience in analog IC design.

• Experience designing multiple circuit blocks for commercial projects.

• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

• Knowledge of layout or Verilog/VHDL is advantageous but not essential.

• Motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute to challenging design projects.
