Event Management Professional
We are seeking a skilled Event Management Professional to oversee the planning and execution of exceptional food and beverage operations in retail environments. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills to join our team.
About the Role

• Coach and support event leads to maximise business performance and develop their teams.
• Empower event leads and other team members to achieve key performance indicators and maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Implement new initiatives to drive sales, improve operational efficiency, and enhance guest experience.
• Monitor performance, managing profit and loss, budgets, sales forecasting, and other key performance indicators.
• Ensure operational areas meet health & safety standards, comply with licensing policies, and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Maintain SOP standards in the operational area.
Skills and Qualifications
• Demonstrable leadership experience in an operational role.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify opportunities for growth.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for customers and upholding brand standards.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and exceling under pressure.
