Contract – Full Time, Permanent

Salary – IRO £45,000 per annum

Overview – Air Source Heat Pump Engineer
We’re looking for an experienced Air Source Heat Pump Engineer to join our expanding renewables team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in ASHP installation, servicing, and maintenance, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

This role involves working across domestic and commercial sites, installing and commissioning energy-efficient heating systems while ensuring full compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Duties – Air Source Heat Pump Engineer

· Install, commission, and maintain Air Source Heat Pump systems in residential and commercial properties.

· Carry out fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure systems operate efficiently and effectively.

· Perform routine servicing and performance checks, maintaining accurate records of all work completed.

· Ensure all installations comply with current building regulations, MCS standards, and health and safety guidelines.

· Work closely with electricians, roofers, and other team members to deliver complete renewable system installations.

· Provide excellent customer service, explaining system operation and maintenance to clients in a clear, professional manner.

Experience & Requirements

· Proven experience in Air Source Heat Pump installation and maintenance

· NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent qualification).

· Understanding of electrical systems and control wiring related to ASHPs.

· Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safe working practices.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

· Full UK driving licence required.
