Air Conditioning & Ventilation Engineers – Glasgow

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of air conditioning and ventilation systems, from initial installation to complex fault-finding and repairs. You will work across a variety of systems, including split, VRV/VRF, and multi-split units, balancing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) with urgent reactive callouts. As a field-based engineer, you will serve as a technical expert and a face of the company, ensuring all work is executed to strict health and safety standards while providing the exceptional customer service our clients expect from a premier contractor.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent).

  • F-Gas certification (essential).

  • Proven experience working with various AC systems.

  • Refrigeration experience (preferred).

  • Full UK driving licence.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

  • Good communication and customer-facing skills.
