This role focuses on service and breakdown work across London and surrounding counties, with occasional installation tasks when required. The ideal candidate is experienced, customer-focused, reliable, and self-motivated, with a clean driving license and DBS clearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out service and breakdown work on refrigeration and air conditioning systems

• Perform occasional installation work when required

• Maintain high standards of customer service and communication

• Accurately document work and ensure compliance with safety standards

• Use company-provided equipment, including vans, tools, and technology, to complete tasks efficiently

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a refrigeration and air conditioning engineer

• Qualified in the relevant trade

• Strong service background and ability to troubleshoot effectively

• Reliable, self-motivated, and customer-oriented

• Clean driving license

• Willingness to undergo DBS check prior to starting
