Key Responsibilities

• Install split, multi-split, and VRF/VRV air conditioning systems

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding on a variety of systems

• Lead on-site installations and support junior engineers/trainees

• Ensure compliance with safety, workmanship, and regulatory standards

• Liaise professionally with clients, site managers, and office teams

• Complete job sheets, service reports, and testing documentation accurately

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience installing and maintaining split and VRF/VRV systems

• Relevant industry qualifications (F-Gas essential)

• Ability to work independently and lead jobs on site

• Full UK driving licence

• Professional, customer-focused attitude with strong attention to detail

• CSCS, IPAF, and PASMA qualifications preferred
