Job Overview
As our Part-Time Administrator, you’ll handle day-to-day office and finance support so our designers and developers can focus on clients. You’ll manage payroll, invoicing, calendars and supplies, keep systems up to date, and act as a reliable point of contact in a small, supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
• Process payroll accurately and on time
• Raise, send and chase client invoices
• Keep project and finance systems fully up to date
• Send receipts, statements and financial documents to our accountant
• Manage the company calendar and key dates
• Attend internal meetings and circulate minutes promptly
• Order and manage employee vouchers, perks and office supplies
• Ensure phones, equipment and office facilities are working correctly
• Maintain efficient day-to-day office processes
• Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Requirements
• Highly organised and detail-focused, able to manage multiple tasks
• Proactive and reliable, comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confident using office software and basic accounting/finance systems
• Friendly, approachable manner with a professional attitude
Qualifications and Experience
• Minimum 5 years’ administration experience (required)
• Previous experience in a small business or agency environment is advantageous
• No specific degree required – proven admin track record is most important
