About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and organised Administrator to join our team on a maternity cover basis. This is a varied and busy role that supports the day-to-day operation of the branch, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handling incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
• Providing excellent customer service to clients and suppliers
• Assisting with general branch administration and daily operations
• Processing customer orders
• Raising purchase orders for stock
• Maintaining accurate records through filing and scanning
• Supporting colleagues and management with administrative tasks as required

About You:

We’re looking for someone who is:
• Highly organised and able to multitask in a busy environment
• Confident using computers and Microsoft Office applications
• A good communicator with a friendly, professional manner
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is desirable

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 14 months

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
